Booskoo collects information you submit on our website and messaging programs so we can respond, operate early-access outreach, and run booking updates.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), business and qualification details, optional notes, and attribution data such as UTM parameters. If you check call consent, we also store the time you agreed, the disclosure version, and technical details such as IP address and browser type when available. We use that information to evaluate early-access fit and, when you consented, to call you about scheduling a meeting.
Contact forms
Consulting and partnering requests collect your name, email, intent, and optional message so we can follow up. We do not use the public contact form for product support tickets.
SMS booking updates
For the SMS program we collect the mobile number you submit, the time you agree, the disclosure version, and technical details such as IP address and browser type when that information is available. We use that information to send verification messages, booking confirmations, reminders, and customer-care texts, and to keep a record of your consent. Telephony and messaging providers process those messages for us.
We keep consent evidence while the related program is active and for as long as needed to show that permission was given, then delete or de-identify it. Access to these records is limited to people and systems that operate the programs.
Phone numbers and SMS or call consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing. You can ask what we hold or ask us to delete a number by contacting privacy@booskoo.io .
